How does Jijicommerce work?
Jijicommerce works by connecting sellers with customers and allowing exchanges to take place online. It can work in many different ways and take many forms. Here’s a general overview of how the process can look:

1.The buyer visits our website www.jijicommerce.com and selects products that he/she wants to purchase

2.The buyer add products to card and add billing details where the products will be delivered to by the seller.

3.The buyer will proceed to checkout page where he/she will add card details or Cashap.We are currently using Intasend as payment gateway.we shall add more gateways in future.

4.Buyer will then proceed to make payment either by using credit card or Cashapp.Our payment gateway is safe and secure.

5.The Buyer receives a confirmation email or SMS along with a printable receipt.
If the transaction is for goods, the seller ships the products and sends the customer a tracking number via email or SMS. If the transaction is for a service, the service provider can reach out to schedule and complete the service.

5.The seller will be notified via Email that the buyer has purchased his/her product and shipping will start immediately.we as moderators will hold buyers payments until untill delivery is done.

6.If the seller does not deliver the products within 7 days ,The buyer can ask for refund by sending purchase code to E-mail info@jijicommerce.com open live chat to talk with one of our moderators. The order will then be cancelled and money will be refunded to the buyer within 2 working days.

we list products for free but we charge 5% of every purchase from our website. This is for our service fee only.
